Join RACVs Member Engagement team as an enthusiastic phone-based Sales and Service Consultant.   Imagine yourself in our team   RACV's Member Engagement Centre operates 365 days a year, supporting members whenever they need us. We offer a hybrid work environment, giving you the flexibility to work both from home and from our Noble Park office.   As a Sales & Service Consultant, you'll take inbound calls from existing and potential members by understanding our members needs and providing quick, effective solutions from our great range of products and services. Availability between 9am-7.30 pm Monday to Friday.  During your first three months, with a dedicated support team by your side, you will participate in a structured learning and development program designed to build confidence and capability across systems, product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service excellence.
