Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this position is to ensure optimal and suitable staffing levels across all our franchise restaurants within the designated area. This involves conducting interviews and orientation sessions for prospective candidates, aligning with customer demand, and considering restaurant budget projections as directed by the administration office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Staff Coordinator/Scheduler in a restaurant setting. On-the-job training will be provided.
• High school education or equivalent qualification.
• Flexibility to work on weekdays and weekends.
