REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies on cash handling.
  • Assist with bussing tables and ensuring the dining area is tidy for incoming guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
