Overview This position is for our new Mckinney, TX office. Duties JOB SUMMARY: Primary responsibility is to assist in the facilitation of closing residential transactions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: All receptionist responsibilities (answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set-up, process deliveries and mail) Assisting with opening the new customer/client files into the database system Office supplies, work/copy room upkeep Assisting Escrow teams with whatever is needed Receipting of contracts/earnest money Ordering taxes and HOA Processing title commitments Managing closing schedule Proficient with Outlook Experience QUALIFICATIONS: A High School diploma or equivalent is required A minimum of one year of administrative experience is required Experience in the real estate industry is preferred (title/escrow/real estate/property management) Microsoft Suite proficient Must be able to work at location (this is not a work remote position) Additional Information BENEFITS: On a personal and professional level, here’s just part of what you’ll enjoy: Career growth opportunities Training and Development Medical/Dental/Vision Paid Holidays and Vacation
