EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health/health administration, computer science, information technology, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of five years of IT project management experience, with three years of experience managing IT projects/systems.
  • Working knowledge of hospital operations, ambulatory operations and the patient care process.
  • Significant organizational and management skills, specifically within a large organization
  • Experience in a complex technology environment
  • Proven record of successful project or customer management
  • Experience publishing periodic status reports summarizing accomplishments, challenges, and recommendations to management.

JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time
  • Experience proactively managing problem resolution to satisfy customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently while successfully meeting assigned deadlines

EXPERIENCE:

  • Epic system implementation and support
  • Working knowledge and understanding of project coordination and management.
  • OHSU application and systems experience
