EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; or up to one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced Wind Technician Certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Previous Experience: Experience working with current renewable energy technologies and performing similar MCR services is ideal.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing; basic proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Technical Aptitude: Capable of reading and comprehending schematic drawings.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights and climb turbines of varying heights.
• Hands-On Training: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and provide training to other technicians.
• Weather Resilience: Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions including cold, rain, and wind.
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls Knowledge: Previous performance in similar technical tasks is essential.
