Job Description 1.负责新能源电驱系统中MCU（电机控制单元）的软件架构设计、编码实现及版本迭代，确保符合车规级功能安全标准（如ISO 26262 ASIL C） 2.开发电驱系统核心算法，包括但不限于电机矢量控制（FOC）、扭矩/转速调节、能量回馈优化等，提升系统效率与动态响应性能。 3.功能安全与验证遵循V模型开发流程，主导功能安全需求分析、故障诊断机制设计（如过压/欠压保护、温度监控）及安全机制验证。 4.完成MCU软件的单元测试、集成测试及实车验证，编写测试用例并输出测试报告。 Qualifications 1.本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信、自动化、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2.具有3年及以上在主流MCU平台（如STM32、TI C2000、NXP、瑞萨、英飞凌等）上的软件开发经验； 3.有0-1开发或量产MCU项目经验或者6相电机控制经验为佳。 4.C语言功底好，能够使用Vector DaVinci、ETAS、EB等AUTOSAR工具。 5.具有英文沟通能力为佳; 6.较好的沟通能力和抗压能力。 Legal Entity: Bosch Rexroth (Xi'an) Electric Drives and Controls Co., Ltd.
