Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory is currently seeking a Corporate Finance Managing Director with a desire to work in an entrepreneurial, growing organization. This person would come in with established Corporate and Financial Sponsor relationships within the Consumer & Retail industry sector to help facilitate strategic dialogue with existing and new bank customers. You would serve as the primary architect of client discussions and presentations, alongside Citizens Capital Markets product colleagues, while managing the origination and execution of debt, M&A, and equity transactions.
