The business has grown from $0-400m t/over in the last 3 years and now entering into a key stage of their journey: international expansion and the best in class people to help lead the business on this exciting journey.

One of the key roles that we are supporting them with is MD, Global DTC. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a business leadership role with full ownership of a rapidly scaling global DTC operation. The mandate extends far beyond marketing, encompassing commercial strategy, trading, customer economics, digital product, international expansion and full P&L accountability. This is a genuine growth opportunity for a commercially minded operator who can create, scale and lead an industry disruptive ecommerce business.
