Description This contract position is an on-site role that presents a unique opportunity to provide exceptional patient care within a collaborative and supportive environment. As a specialist in Otolaryngology, you will diagnose and treat a variety of conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to high-quality healthcare services, ensuring patients receive comprehensive evaluations and tailored treatment plans Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat Perform surgical procedures as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Provide education and support to patients and their families Stay current with advancements in Otolaryngology Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Participate in continuing education and professional development activities Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Active medical license to practice in the state Completion of residency in Otolaryngology Strong diagnostic and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Experience in a clinical setting is preferred Shift Information: 8-hour shifts Schedule: Monday-Friday (3.5 clinic days, 1 OR day, & .5 admin day) Shared call, 1:4 General ENT focus, no plastics required Open to new graduates Must be board-certified or board-eligible Competitive salary based on experience Medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage 5 weeks of PTO Sign-on bonus
