MDM Administrator (Warsaw, near-site) – EU Public Institutions Profile: MDM Administrator – Level Standard. Place of performance: Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw. 50% onsite + 50% remote. Candidates must be based within 2 hours of Warsaw. Duration of the mission: 50 months. Security Clearance: EU Restricted. Minimum level of education: Level 4. English language skills (CEFR): C1. Minimum IT relevant experience: 5 years (2 years in relevant/similar IT roles). Award Criteria: 65% Price / 35% Quality. (Minimum required scoring for interview: 70%.) Rate: 225€-230€/day (NWH); 295€-305€/day (EWH); 5,70€/hour OnCall Duties. • Expected NWH: 220 days x 4 years. • Expected EWH: 12 days x 3 years + 14 days in year 4. • Expected OnC: 2032h x 3 years + 2370h in year 4. Knowledge and skills • Excellent knowledge of centralized mobile device management solutions. • Excellent knowledge of mobile device configuration standards. • Excellent knowledge of IT security standards. • Experience in large-scale deployment and administration of mobile device management solutions. • Strong understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability. • Knowledge of end-user IT infrastructure. Specific expertise • At least 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM platforms. • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture. • Knowledge of Apple Business Manager. • Excellent practical knowledge of iOS device configuration. • Excellent knowledge of iOS security. • Knowledge of iOS application distribution (third-party and Line of Business apps). • Excellent practical knowledge of JAMF solutions. Tasks and responsibilities • Centralised management of the large scale mobile device environment (where the number of mobile devices is more than thousand) . • Daily mobile devices administration (management, monitoring, troubleshooting). • Planning and preparing distribution of operating systems. • Planning and preparing distribution of applications. • Performing scripting and configurations distribution. • Enforcing and monitoring application of the security policies. • Reporting on the configuration standard(s) enforcement and compliance status. • Advising, proposing and implementing proposing possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades. Travel: By default, travelling in the interest of service is not foreseen for this position/profile. • Nevertheless, Frontex may exceptionally request to carry out some services at other locations than Frontex Headquarters or other Contracting Authority’s premises.

Responsibilities

The MDM Administrator is responsible for the centralized management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of a large-scale mobile device environment. They will also plan and execute the distribution of operating systems, applications, and security configurations while ensuring compliance with standards.
