What's this role about? Job Title: Junior Intune Administrator (L0 / L1 Support) Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Remote work options available as per company policy) About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Endpoint Management team. As a Junior Intune Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and managing Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments, ensuring secure and efficient endpoint management across our global organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in IT Infrastructure and Endpoint Management. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 0 / Level 1 support for Microsoft Intune and SCCM (Endpoint Manager) environments. Assist in device enrollment, configuration, and compliance management using Intune. Monitor and troubleshoot basic endpoint issues related to Windows devices, Intune policies, and SCCM deployments. Support patch management, software distribution, and inventory reporting. Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, incidents, and resolutions. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards for endpoint devices. Must-Have Skills: Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune and SCCM (Endpoint Manager). Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD concepts. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks (basic level). Awareness of DNS, network fundamentals, and endpoint security practices. Good communication skills (customer-facing role). Preferred Skills: Exposure to VMware environments. Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management. Awareness of cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure). Experience: L0: 0–1 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management. L1: 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Intune and SCCM environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Relevant certifications (Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
