Job Description Working in our Architecture, Intelligence and Technology Department (AI&T), you will play a key role in the configuration of our new Global MDM Team. We are seeking an experienced MDM Lead to take full ownership of a global Master Data Management (MDM) implementation project. This role will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing the program end-to-end, ensuring its successful delivery across the organization. Acting as the maximum responsible for project management, the MDM Lead will provide strategic direction, oversee execution, and align with business and technology stakeholders to achieve consistent, high-quality master data across the enterprise. As MDM Global Lead, your primary responsibilities will be: Lead and manage the global MDM project, from initial planning through execution and delivery. Define the project roadmap, governance, and success criteria to ensure timely and effective implementation. Act as the primary point of accountability for the overall program, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, including Finance experts, Data Owners, and Data Stewards, to capture requirements, validate business cases, and drive adoption. Ensure project delivery follows Agile methodologies, with a focus on iterative value delivery and continuous improvement. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project success, quality, and business impact. Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment, motivation, and knowledge transfer. Qualifications You are the right candidate for this position if you have: Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level MDM implementations in multinational or complex organizations. Strong background in Agile project management, with practical experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale projects on time, within budget, and with measurable business outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with Finance, Data Owners, and Data Stewards. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. Preferred Skills Familiarity with leading MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, Stibo Systems, etc.). Experience working in organizations with global data governance frameworks. Understanding of data quality, data governance, and master data domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, Finance, etc.). Additional Information Why SGS?
