Responsibilities

The MDS Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and updating schedules of MDS's, coordinating the work of the Interdisciplinary Team, and leading MDS and care plan meetings. Additional tasks include supervising the input of MDS data into computer systems and ensuring the completion of care plans.
