Overview The Resident Assessment (MDS) Coordinator & Infection Preventionist (RN) will assist with the coordination of the resident assessment process, care planning updates, Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment scheduling and completion. $2,000 - Sign on Bonus (RN) Work Schedule: Full-Time ; Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm About You: Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university. CDC Infection Preventionist certificate required (or able to obtain the certificate within 2 month of hire). 2-3 years of previous MDS experience. Understand state, federal and local regulations in relation to long-term care and skilled nursing requirements.
