Full Time or Part Time MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse (RN) Position in Woonsocket, RI. We have a fantastic opportunity for an MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse (RN). We are a Private Sub-Acute / Long Term Care facility. We are looking to add an MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse (RN) to our team of medical professionals. We have a friendly and welcoming team! We treat Adult patients. Schedule: Full Time or Part Time; Monday - Friday: 7am - 3pm; No Weekends! Our Compensation is: $50 - $55 per hour + Benefits! Requirements Current Rhode Island RN License. Previous experience as an MDS Coordinator is required. Previous Sub-Acute or Long Term Care experience is required. No New Grads. Benefits Full Benefit Package including Medical, Dental, Vacation, PTO, 401K Plan, Etc.
