The successful candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive resident assessments, appropriate care planning, and optimal reimbursement outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey required * Minimum one (1) year of experience in MDS processing required * Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and MDS regulations * Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills * Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and oversee the MDS assessment process * Ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of all MDS assessments * Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident care plans * Monitor regulatory compliance and reimbursement opportunities * Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives * Serve as a member of the Skilled Nursing Leadership Team POSITION DETAILS * Employment Type: Full-Time * Location: On-site at Pines Village * Schedule: Day Shift * Remote Work: Not Available – this is an in-office position WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * Supportive team environment dedicated to resident-centered care Apply today and become part of a leadership team committed to providing exceptional care for our residents.
