Company Description Status: This is a .8 or 32 hour per week position. Schedule: 5 days per week, with weekend shifts as needed. At our behavioral health center (Frankfort Terrace, an Independent Care Facility or ICF), the MDS Nurse plays a vital role in supporting regulatory compliance while ensuring each resident’s clinical and behavioral health needs are accurately reflected. Your assessments help guide care planning, program services, and reimbursement, all within a recovery-focused, therapeutic environment.
