We are currently seeking a Full-time qualified facility MDS Nurse RN to join our team at Peak Resources Outer Banks! Excellent compensation and benefits with Quarterly Bonus potential! Typical Work Schedule is: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with occasional weekend on-call rotations. Role Responsibilities Coordinates and facilitates the timely and accurate completion of both the RAI and Care Management process from admission to discharge in accordance with Company P&P’s, State, and Federal guidelines, and all other entities as appropriate. Requirements Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in NC Knowledge and experience of the RAI process Proficient computer skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace. Fulltime MDS Nurse will be required to become RAC certified and maintain recertification every 2 years.
