Description:
About the Role:
The MEA Sales Head will be a strategic leader responsible for driving Inspira Enterprise’s growth and operations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
This role entails building and nurturing high-performing sales teams, forging strong customer and partner relationships, and ensuring the company’s market leadership in cybersecurity solutions.
The MEA Sales Head will report directly to the Joint Director & Cofounder and will play a pivotal role in aligning regional objectives with the company’s global strategy while ensuring sustained revenue growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the MEA regional business strategy to achieve growth, revenue, and market share objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic partnerships within the cybersecurity domain.
Provide visionary leadership to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
2. Sales Management and Business Development:
Drive the performance of regional Sales Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing guidance for achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Establish and manage high-value relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the MEA region.
Collaborate with sales teams to secure large deals, ensuring Inspira’s cybersecurity solutions meet the unique needs of the region’s diverse customer base.
3. Market Insights and Positioning:
Stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to refine the go-to-market strategy.
Act as a thought leader in the cybersecurity market by representing Inspira Enterprise at industry events, conferences, and public forums.
Ensure regular competitor analysis and market intelligence to proactively address challenges and identify opportunities.
4. Team Building and Talent Development:
Build and nurture a high-performing regional team, recruiting top talent and developing future leaders within the organization.
Provide mentorship and training to Sales Managers and support their professional growth.
Foster a collaborative environment that values teamwork and shared success.
5. Operational Excellence:
Oversee regional operations, ensuring smooth communication between sales, marketing, delivery, and support teams.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively to achieve financial targets.
Ensure adherence to Inspira’s corporate governance, compliance standards, and operational protocols.
Position Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT and cybersecurity sales, with a proven track record of leading regional sales operations. Prior experience in MEA markets is mandatory.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of professionals across multiple geographies.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, market trends, and key customer pain points in the MEA region.
Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives, partners, and customers.
Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in developing and executing successful business strategies for high-growth organizations.
Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes, with a history of exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the MEA region as required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
