Key Education and Skills Requirements:   Education: * Recently graduated with a degree preferably in Social Science.  Skills and Experience: * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. * Ability to present and convey information clearly and concisely  * Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through formal and non-formal methods * Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing), and the Rohingya/Chittagonian local language * Computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point presentation) * Knowledge of the context in Bangladesh, specifically within the Rohingya response * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and partners. Responsibilities of NRC: 1. NRC will provide the intern with a conducive working environment, effective supervision and guidance to ensure optimal learning; evident in regular supervisory meetings and a final performance evaluation 2. NRC will provide the intern with a clear ToR, stipulating specific learning objectives and exact outcomes 3. NRC will provide adequate induction to programs and the office 4. NRC will provide the intern with access to working space, necessary equipment, information and other work-related resources 5. Pay the prescribed stipend to interns in accordance with the guidelines 6. Issue a letter of completion of internship to interns upon successful completion of the programme. Responsibilities of the intern: 1. The intern will be expected to adhere to all NRC regulations, policies and procedures 2. The intern will participate in the induction session  3. The intern will demonstrate motivated participation in the learning experience 4. The intern will carry out his/her roles and responsibilities as specified in the ToR and guided by the supervisor.
