Whether you’re currently in youth work, community services, support work or case management, OSHC offers a rewarding and flexible career pathway where you can keep making a difference every day.
We have leadership through to Coordinator and Educator roles available all across Melbourne. Part-time anywhere from 10-35 hours per week, or regular Casual shifts available. Apply to express interest!

  • Work in or have experience with: Youth work, community development, disability support, or case management
  • Love engaging with children aged 5–12 through play, creativity, and conversation

  • Have (or are working towards) a relevant qualification (Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Education Support, Community Welfare, etc.)
