Job Title: Measurement Jr. AnalystJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Measurement Jr. Analyst to support marketing effectiveness through reporting, dashboarding, and media insights. This role will serve as a key contributor to cross-functional initiatives, providing ad hoc analysis and leading measurement efforts across Ecommerce, Sponsorships, Partnerships, and Organic Social. Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert for ad hoc competitive reporting requests, delivering timely and actionable insights to stakeholders. Lead dashboarding efforts in collaboration with the MarTech team, focusing on performance metrics across Ecommerce, Sponsorships, Partnerships, and Media. Manage the full Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) process, including data validation, coordination with analytics partners, and interpretation of results to guide media investment decisions. Provide ad hoc reporting and performance analysis for organic social campaigns, identifying engagement trends and optimization opportunities. Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving media landscape to inform measurement strategies and support internal teams with best practices. Essential Skills Experience in marketing analytics, media measurement, or related fields. Proficiency in dashboarding tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau. Familiarity with MMM methodologies and campaign performance metrics. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of organic social metrics and competitive intelligence tools such as Brandwatch, CreatorIQ, and/or Emplifi. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Work Environment The position requires working in the office five days a week from 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
