Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
-

5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.

  • Experience with Google Ads campaigns best practices (campaign set up and optimization) and measurement set ups (conversion tracking and attribution).

  • Experience working with digital organizations.


  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and tracking requirements for app performance.
  • Excellent investigative mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to see both granular and big-picture issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence priorities.
