Description Ensure proper operation and calibration on all gas and liquid meters. Lead in excellent safety record without LTA. Communicate measurement anomalies to Measurement Foreman. Work with team and manage scheduled and un-scheduled measurement activities. Product validation, sampling and documentation using SOPs and Best Measurement Practices. Work as a service member with operations and production. New well meter installations, replace and repair existing measurement devices. Understand gas operations and assist in troubleshooting with I/E and Production. Assist in well reviews, to increase production and minimize base decline. Collection of meter data. Maintain area comms to 98% or greater. Maintain clean work areas and tools/equipment. Other related duties as assigned. Requirements A minimum of 8 years of measurement experience. General computer and data archiving skills. Willing to learn area systems, operations, and procedures. Must understand orifice measurement and orifice sizing. Familiar with Cygnet Vision, Cygnet Explorer, PCCU, Freewave Tool Suite,Roclink 800 and CalcIt. Familiar with AGA 3, API 21.1, API 14.3, and API 14.1 a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be self-starter, self-motivated and work with and without supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team. Valid driver’s license. Must be available to be in the on-call rotation schedule. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Job is classified as light physical work in an office setting involving sitting, with intermittent periods of stooping, walking and standing. Occasionally may be required to lift, carry, push or pull 10-25 pounds. Prolonged sitting, standing, walking Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to individually lift: Maximum 100 lbs. Potential exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection. Some work may be performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
