Snapshot of the Position
At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for handling meats. The responsibilities of this position would involve the daily duties performed in the meat department.

What You’ll Do

  • Promoting the meat sales through customer interaction.
  • Making ground beef.
  • Working with raw as well as cooked meat.
  • Traying, wrapping, pricing and displaying of fresh and/or frozen meat and poultry products.
  • Weighing, labelling, and packaging a variety of products for customer.
  • Receiving, rotating, and storage of products.
  • Keeping refrigerated cases and display shelves properly stocked and faced at all times according to product movement and department standards.
  • Ensuring a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Learning safe food handling skills.
  • Use of hand wrapper and scale.
  • Performing other duties and assignments as directed by Store Management.

Rate of Pay
$16.00 – $17.17 per hour.
Hours of Work
16-24 hours per week; days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
