This role ensures freshness, cleanliness, and proper rotation of products while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Weigh, wrap, and label meat products for self-service and full-service displays. Stock and rotate meat cases and prepackaged product to ensure proper product freshness and presentation. Monitor product dates and remove any expired or outdated items. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of wrapping station, tools, and display areas. Assist with unloading and organizing meat deliveries. Help customers locate products and answer basic questions. Ensure proper labeling of all items, including product name, weight, price, and use-by date. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and store procedures. Work closely with meat cutters to support production and sales. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail, grocery, or food service experience is helpful but not required. Ability to work in cold environments and handle raw meat. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
