JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Meat Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting with the preparation, presentation, and sale of meat products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food handling and safety, along with excellent time management and communication skills. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products and service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, particularly in meat preparation or kitchen roles.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
  • Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, including Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
