  • Skilfully carve and prepare various types of meats to meet customer specifications.
  • Assist customers with their selections, and providing recommendations of products when appropriate.
  • Filling meat counters and showcases.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
  • Use of grinder, hand wrapper, and scale.
  • Pricing meat products.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols while handling sharp tools and equipment.
  • Perform inventory checks and assist in stock management as needed.
