Responsibilities

Reporting to the Meat Manager, the Meat Cutter/Clerk is
responsible for delivering world-class Guest service; packaging and pricing cuts of meat, poultry and seafood; meat cutting; merchandising and displaying packaged meat; cooking and preparing fresh foods; slicing lunch meat and cheese; and maintaining department cleanliness/sanitation and housekeeping standards.

  • You have high sanitation and food safety standards

  • You possess strong interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, and weekends)
