We are a multi-generational family business with more than 70 years of experience focusing on adding value to key by-products of the beef industry.

• Unloading raw materials from trailers by operating electric forklift and transporting the combos/bins to the storage area (cooler) or point of use.
• Preparing the combos as per production schedule, checking gross weight, tare, production date and quality (colour/odour) of trim fats before grinding.
• Loading the empty bins into the trailers by using electric forklift.
• Unloading bins of product into the meat grinding line using hoppers.
