We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Workplace Trainer to join our team at JBS Dinmore.   This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and creating a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   About the Role As a Workplace Trainer, you will play a critical role in onboarding, training, coaching and developing employees across our processing operations. You will work closely with Supervisors, Managers and Production teams to ensure employees are competent, confident and equipped with the skills required to perform their roles safely and effectively.   Your key responsibilities include: Delivering induction and onboarding programs for new employees Conducting workplace-based training and competency assessments Developing and maintaining training records and compliance documentation Supporting employees through skill development and career progression pathways Coaching team members on safe work practices, quality standards and operational procedures Identifying training gaps and implementing development plans Working collaboratively with operational leaders to improve workforce capability Ensuring compliance with company policies, legislative requirements, and training standards Promoting a positive learning culture across the site   About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in workplace training, coaching, mentoring or workforce development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage with employees from diverse backgrounds and skill levels Previous experience within manufacturing, food processing, meat processing, logistics or heavy industry environments highly regarded Sound computer skills and experience maintaining training records Strong organisational and time management abilities Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) highly desirable   What We Offer Competitive salary package Career development opportunities within a global organisation Supportive leadership team and collaborative work environment Access to employee benefits and wellbeing programs Opportunity to make a genuine impact on workforce capability and employee success Long-term career opportunities with one of Australia's leading employers   If you are passionate about developing people and want to be part of a business that values safety, teamwork and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.   Apply now and help shape the future workforce at JBS Dinmore!
