Help to achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all established quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Meat Department in the Meat Manager's absence. Support the day-to-day functions of the Meat operations. Responsibilities

This role focuses on creating outstanding customer experiences by maintaining a safe, clean, and fresh environment while achieving department sales and profit goals. The clerk will also direct and supervise all Meat Department functions in the absence of the Meat Manager.
