Step into the heart of our MECCA Bourke Street as a Concierge, where you’ll drive customer loyalty and community engagement by creating exceptional in-store experiences. The Concierge team is responsible for welcoming our customers into to store, creating connections, and championing excellence across all aspects of customer experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities:

As a Concierge, you will work on full-time and part-time basis.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, create authentic connections, handle complex queries, and manage multiple appointments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Seamlessly connect customers to the wider team across all touchpoints and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive customer engagement and loyalty and contribute to store performance by understanding and supporting key KPIs.
  • Stay updated on local events and trends to enhance the customer journey.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing multiple appointments in a high-paced retail or hospitality environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, effectively communicating across various touchpoints
  • Experience handling complex interactions and maintaining composure under pressure, with proficiency in using digital platforms for service bookings and transactions
