We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to help lead our MECCA Cosmetica Chadstone store in VIC on a full-time basis. Our Store Managers typically work on a Tuesday-Saturday rotation.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences
  • Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing feedback
  • Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

  • Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.
  • Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
  • A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships
