Description

We’re seeking an exceptional Flagship Assistant Sales/Category Manager to help lead one of our categories in our prestigious MECCA George Street flagship store on a fixed term contract.
Day-to-day responsibilities:

As a Flagship Assistant Sales Manager you’ll work on a full-time basis. This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade.

  • Supports the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and ensures team adherence to customer service standards.
  • Works with Flagship Sales Manager to implement and execute trials and innovations, providing ongoing support and process improvement.
  • Collaborates with concession partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, enhanced operational efficiency, and drive trade.
  • Operates with agility and applies critical thinking to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Actively manages tasks and deadlines to maximize floor time, benefiting the customer, team, and business.
  • Works closely with the Flagship Sales Manager to build and support a high-performing team and ensures the smooth running of store operations.

  • Extensive experience (minimum 2 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.

  • Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
