The Role You Could Play
We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our MECCA Mosman store in NSW.

The role of a Floor Manager is to support the Store Manager in leading the team in a fast-paced and exciting retail environment, to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading from the front, demonstrating the Mecca Values and sharing the Mecca Vision with your team and customers
  • Building and managing the team that engage customers across all categories and store zones
  • Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience
  • Attend our bi-annual leadership conference in Melbourne, with motivational guest speakers from both inside and outside the beauty industry providing invaluable guidance for life.

  • Prior experience leading, inspiring and coaching a team in a large format retail environment

  • have an ability to motivate and drive improvement, as well as an understanding of sales based KPIs Have a passion for and previous experience working in a retail environment
  • Genuinely care about people, and always sees through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best customer and team member experience.
  • Have an unrelentless pursuit of operational effectiveness with demonstrated back of house experience (highly desired)
  • Have exceptional communication and organisational skills
