We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Retail Specialists to join our BRAND NEW MECCA PAKINGTON ST store in Geelong - VIC! Help bring the MECCA magic to life, creating unforgettable experiences for our customers every day!
We are seeking expressions of interest for Colour Specialists!

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Conducting makeup application services for customers from full glam to natural looks
- Be the go-to expert in-store for all things makeup; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
- Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store
What success looks like in this role:
- Proven experience in professional makeup applications and the ability to conduct back-to-back appointments keeping to strict timings across peak trade hours
- Confident in delivering top trending looks; winged and graphic liners, natural glowy skin, smokey eyes, and fierce red lips
- Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin
- Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your make-up expertise to build the make-up category
- An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
