The Role You Could Play
We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Retail Managers to join our growing MECCA team and play a key role in leading the beating heart of our business – our NEW MECCA PAKINGTON ST STORE in Geelong - VIC!
As a part of our in-store management team, you will support our Hosts & Specialists in delivering an unparalleled customer experience by championing our MECCA Values and embodying our vision to make customers look and feel their best every single day.

We are currently accepting expressions of interest for the following roles:

  • Store Manager
  • 2IC - Assistant Store Manager
  • 3IC - Zone Managers

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging and motivating your team to bring their best self to work to ensure we are meeting key KPIs and key in-store targets
  • Mentoring and providing feedback to your team to continue to drive their professional development
  • Work closely with the State and Regional management team to lead the unparalleled MECCA store experience
  • Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience

    What success looks like in this role:

  • Applicants will have extensive leadership experience (minimum 2-3 years) managing a small/large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.

  • A minimum of 1 year directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment for all roles below a Store Manager
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.
  • Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
  • A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships
  • Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.
  • An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others
