We’re seeking Replenishment Assistants who thrive in a fast-paced, game-changing retail space in our NEW MECCA PAKINGTON ST STORE in Geelong - VIC! Your main responsibilities will include ensuring stock levels are maintained and presented impeccably, contributing to exceptional customer experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
  • Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
  • Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
  • Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

What success looks like in this role:

  • Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
  • Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture
