Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful
  • Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
  • Manage and audit stocktakes
  • Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
  • Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

  • Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
  • Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
  • A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
