Description:

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our development team of flight control electromechanical actuators for broad portfolio of aircrafts in our Brno office.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager you become a key person in a product development team that is defining the future of Aerospace. You will be creating mechanical design of electromechanical actuators. In cooperation with product design team, you will define concept of actuators fulfilling all requirements, executing detail design including selecting all components and creating manufacture documentation of the product. Part of your responsibilities will be effective cooperation with system engineers, test engineers and mechanical analysts. You will also be involved in prototype assembly and testing process.
KEY EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:
- Master’s degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering field.
- Knowledge of any mainstream CAD/PLM system, preferably Siemens NX/Teamcenter.
- B2/C1 command of English language for communication with international team.
- Drive for completing tasks and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Participate on Electromechanical actuators (EMA) concept development.
- Component selection including preparation of vendor specifications.
- Product design of EMAs (parts and full assembly).
- Creating manufacturing documentation.
- Cooperation with other team members (System engineering, Test engineering, Mechanical analysis).
- Responsible to follow product design guidelines and documentation processes.
- Participating in prototype assembly process and testing.
