Be our next Mechanical Designer!   Your work environment at EXP In this role, you will be a part of the Mechanical team, for Hospitality, Federal, Entertainment and Healthcare HVAC Design projects in the Orlando, Florida office.   What a day at EXP has in store for you * Perform hands-on CAD using Revit platform * 3D coordination and clash detection. * Perform heating and cooling load calculations with industry software (Trace or other load calculation software * Select and schedule equipment with oversight by senior staff * Layout air and water side systems on working drawings * Understand fan and pump curves to properly select equipment for application * Communicate with equipment vendors to determine requirements for applying products * Perform field verification and take-offs of existing systems for renovation projects * Coordinate with other disciplines (mep, fp, arch, struct, etc) for HVAC details * Maintain the Engineering Calculations for projects * Understand work planning and manage design process to the available hours in work plan * Understand both constant and variable flow systems, and properly apply equipment    What your experience looks like * 1 to 3 years in designing HVAC systems for Hospitality, Entertainment and Healthcare projects  * An Engineering Bachelor’s degree specializing in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering * Revit Experience * Good Written and verbal communication. * EIT Certification is desired.
