Overview Inspect, report malfunctions, and make repairs to equipment and physical facilities. Qualifications Education: HS/GED required. Training and experience in health-care environment equipment and utilities required. Experience: Six years experience or comparable combination of education and experience in general and preventive maintenance required. Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standard exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Possess working knowledge of codes, standards, and ordinances with the ability to make practical interpretation and application in the physical environment and daily maintenance operations. Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
