The FM technician is trained to help support patients and staff by maintaining and improving a safe and secure physical environment. Requires a basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, general maintenance, and light construction; as well as read and follow instructions, manuals, work orders and to document work completion. Qualifications EDUCATION: High School Graduate or Equivalent. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Valid Alabama motor vehicle operator’s license that is not under suspension or revocation. Responsibilities
The FM technician is responsible for maintaining and improving a safe and secure physical environment for patients and staff. This includes performing general maintenance tasks and documenting work completion.
