Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fleet Mechanic to support and maintain our growing fleet of landscape vehicles and equipment. This role is critical to keeping our crews operating efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Key Responsibilities ? Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment (trucks, trailers, and small engines such as mowers and blowers) ? Diagnose mechanical issues and complete timely repairs ? Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime ? Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs ? Inspect fleet regularly to ensure safety and operational readiness ? Coordinate parts ordering and manage shop inventory ? Assist in developing and maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule ? Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies Compensation and Benefits: ? Competitive hourly pay: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience ? Full-time, stable employment ?
