PBNA $25.85 / hour $25.85 / hour The person in this position is responsible for keeping the building in good, working condition and the machinery under their charge in efficient, running order, making repairs as necessary on the following: Boilers Boiler room equipment All refrigeration machines and equipment Air Compressor CO2 and equipment NH3 and equipment Water Softeners All heat exchangers and equipment Steam heat and equipment HVAC equipment All pumping equipment to include piping Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Our Company will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other applicable laws, including but not limited to, San Francisco Police Code Sections 4901-4919, commonly referred to as the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance; and Chapter XVII, Article 9 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, commonly referred to as the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
