Description ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Transportation/Auto Shop SUPERVISOR: Transportation Director SALARY RANGE: $15.00-$30.00/hr FLSA: Non-Exempt AVAILABLE POSITION: 1 slot located at the Grand Casino Hotel & Resort ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. JOB SUMMARY: To provide general repair and upkeep on all Tribal Vehicles as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Complete preventative maintenance on CPN fleet vehicles (oil changes, brakes, fluids, etc.) · Subletting repairs on Tribal vehicles that we are unable to do in house · Maintain high-quality service repairs while complying with company standards for cost control, quality, safety and completion of work in a timely manner. · Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of service technology and techniques. · Monitor shop conditions, including cleanliness, safety and condition of shop equipment. Report on problems with the Auto Shop Director. · Requisitions and assistance in obtaining parts, equipment, and tools for Auto Shop inventory and any items necessary to perform daily tasks. · Maintain detailed vehicle maintenance logs in data entry system. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: · Perform other duties and projects as required by Management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION: · High School Diploma or GED Equivalent · Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License (Must be Insurable with Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s Insurance Company) · Ability to communicate with supplies, contractors and sales representatives · Skill in completing forms and documents · Ability to interact with Tribal members, Tribal employees, vendors, salespersons and general public PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Ability to remain seated for prolonged periods of time performing repetitive work at the computer. Some bending, stretching and lifting.
