JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Diesel Engine systems and be adept at diagnosing and repairing various types of vehicles. As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment, contributing to the overall productivity of our organization. Evening shift currently available either work 4 - 10’s or 5 - 8’s

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is needed
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self motivating and a willingness to work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of your team.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using tools and other diagnostic equipment. You must supply your own tools.
  • Conduct DOT inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
  • Replace or repair defective parts and components as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
  • Collaborate with your team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
