THE OPPORTUNITY Step into a role where your skills make a real difference across around ten Pāmu farms in the Northland area. Based at our Kapiro Orchard in Kerikeri, you’ll take ownership of maintaining and servicing on-farm bike fleets, keeping operations running smoothly. With around forty side-by-sides in your care, every day brings variety—from routine servicing to occasional work on other vehicles and machinery. You’ll travel between these farms, building connections with farm teams and bringing your expertise to life in a hands-on environment. With the support of the wider Central Farm Services team in Taupō and the tools to manage your work efficiently, you can take pride in the tangible impact you make across our Northland farms. ABOUT YOU You’re someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving and takes pride in keeping machinery in top shape. You’ve got mechanical skills with knowledge or interest in farm machinery and you’re ready to step into a role where you can make a tangible difference across multiple farms. You’ll thrive in a role where you have autonomy, travelling between around ten farms, working independently, and managing your own workload. Tech-savvy? Perfect - you’ll use Aroflo software on a tablet to schedule jobs and manage inventory in real time.
